School improvement is not an event

It is a process where the agency for its improvement rests with all school stakeholders, not a review group or panel. School review and improvement should be aspirational, it should be continuous and the data should be in the hands of the people who need to do the work to make improvement happen.

At the close of business each day, mme moe enables principals to quickly say how well the school day went. You will quickly get a good idea of how many fantastic days you have, and why, and how many awful days you have, and why!

Be part of an improvement community

mme moe will enable you to access illustrations, articulations, resources and strategies concerning contemporary school improvement. You will be able to both access and contribute to this set of resources.

An effective school framework

You can use mme moe's Contemporary Effective School Framework to track how you think the school is going against a set of effective practices and a likert scale that goes from aspirational to expert. You can use the data from this to identify your school improvement priorities.
