Also, mme moe is not a library of Professional Development content, though it does deliver such content as part of the overall mme moe coaching cycle. The following policies reflect mme moe in this context.
Terms of Service
Acceptable Use Policy
mme moe is designed for use as a professional development tool and program to improve teaching. Accordingly, the following common sense Acceptable User Policy (AUP) is a condition of use of mme moe. This AUP is designed to protect users, mme moe and others:
mme moe cares about how personal information is used, stored and shared. mme moe takes user privacy seriously. By accessing or using the mme moe at www.mme-moe.com, the “Services”, users acknowledge that they accept this Privacy Policy. The use of the Services is at all times subject to the Terms of Service, including this Privacy Policy.
The Service is made available to teachers and teachers in training who are at least 18 years of age. mme moe reserves the right to suspend a user account where there is reasonable evidence that the user is not a bona fide user.
mme moe collects and uses user-provided information, including specific personally identifiable information (PII) as set out below, stored as logs:
Data Storage and Security Policy
mme moe takes the storage and security of user information very seriously. mme moe collects and stores the minimum required Personal Identifiable Information (PII) required to provide the Services on a personalised basis: name, email address and password. By providing an email address, mme moe may send users’ communications specific to mme moe. mme moe does not use Web beacons to determine whether such emails have been opened. mme moe does not store user financial information such as credit card or bank account details. This may change in future and if it does, users will be advised by mme moe of this change and each user will decide whether or not to have such information stored by mme moe. mme moe does not ask users for, access or track location-based information from user’s mobile devices.
When users use the Services, users are required to set up their account (name, email address and password). In addition, they may form professional peer/mentor relationships with other mme moe users, post reflections, self-assessments and make entries for Plans.
mme moe does not provide any user information to third parties. mme moe uses aggregated data to understand the relative use of different parts of the Services. mme moe does not analyse or report on the use of the Services by specific users. mme moe will only release Personal Information when obliged to do so to comply with the law, such as to comply with a subpoena; enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of mme moe, its employees, contractors, users, or others. Unless restricted by law enforcement agencies or contrary to the interests of public safety, mme moe will give users notice if it releases information for these reasons.
mme moe account PII and user content is protected by a password for users’ privacy and security. mme moe also uses technical practices to prevent attack on the Services from browsers and malicious code scripts. User data collected and stored on the Services are protected at a technical and operational level in the following ways:
Users are able to update, delete, and in most cases, download and print, information in your account. Users may request the deletion of their information by mme moe by emailing [email protected]. mme moe will undertake several verifications before deleting the information.
mme moe will retain user PII for as long as an account is active or as long as needed to provide the Services. mme moe may also retain and use user information to comply with mme moe’s legal obligations, resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
mme moe may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. mme moe will provide at least two (2) weeks’ notice before a change is effective. Users are bound by such changes if and when he/she uses the Services after the conclusion the two (2) week notice period. This notice period only applies to changes to the Privacy Policy.

- Users may not enter or upload information into mme moe that identifies a specific student or sensitive information about a specific student or minor.
- Users may not to make entries or upload content to mme moe which is offensive or constitutes illegal content. Users accept that mme moe will, as required by law, report and hand over to relevant authorities any information that reflects unlawful use of mme moe and mme moe may suspend a user account under extreme circumstances, with notice to the user unless instructed otherwise by law enforcement agencies.
- A user may not review, publish or use the mme moe data/content, whether online, offline soft copy or hard copy, of another user without that user’s permission.
- Users may not use mme moe as a punitive industrial or human resource tool. All users are bound to use mme moe as a tool and program to support professional development. mme moe users accept that mme moe is strictly an environment where the reflections and plans of users are seen as a basis for professional growth, not penalty.

- Links to the user’s mme moe connections.
Users are able to update, delete, and in most cases, download and print, information in your account. Users may request the deletion of their information by mme moe by emailing [email protected]. mme moe will undertake several verifications before deleting the information.

- Identify and support measures to eliminate or minimise unsafe conditions
- Assume personal responsibility for their own safety and for those of other work colleagues by always operating in a safe and appropriate manner.
